Download ISLC v1.0.2.5:

This program will help us to remove input lag from the screen and save RAM memory space from the cache.
Once downloaded, open Command Prompt as administrator and run the following command:
bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes
After the command is run, you can open the program and copy the following configuration:
Every time you go to play any video game, select "Purge Standby list"
